About Tai Chi

Whitecrane Tai Chi (TM) provides instruction for Tai CHi for Health based on the programs offered througgh the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TM) founded by Dr. Paul Lam.

Currently we are offering various Tai Chi for Health programs along with traditional forms in Sun, Yang and Chen

Whitecrane Tai Chi (TM)
Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises to improve health and wellbeing. It is an ancient exercise, with much breath and depth, requiring no special equipment or clothing. No matter your age or physical condition, once you start, you can continue to progress to higher level for the rest of your life.
